Why cant I eat healthy?!


Question: Why cant I eat healthy!?
I am a 10 year old girl, but I have a weight problem, (not like im sooo fat or i weigh a 100 pounds) but most of the 9 year olds and 8 and 7 and 6 and 5 year olds are skinner than me! I do have an issue of eating healthy, and exercising, I dont know why, but all my friends I know are skinner than me! For instants, I take baths with 2 of my friends, SOMETIMES, and they always are so skinny! but im always fatter than them! is there something wrong with me cause i dont like to exercise or eat healthy!? or is it natural!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh honey, there are so many people out there who are bigger than all the skinny minis believe me they are more focused on themselves than your weight!. Eat yummy healthy food, buy a healthy eating cook book!. lettuce does taste yuck!. Salad with every vegie toasted nuts and cheese is a great meal!.
Wholemeal noodles with chicken and vegies is yum!. Make healthy treats like banana bread and muesli cookies but dont eat too many!. You have to ban yourself from the rubbish for a few weeks and make sure you eat heaps of the good stuff and you will start to want to eat that, and loose the hunger for chips, choccie etc!. Those foods are so addictive and make everything else seem plain!. Ask for help from your mum that what mums are for!. Get an ipod and pump your favourite song and walk and walk and walk with your mum or someone else!. yoga dvds are good too!.XXXXXXXWww@Answer-Health@Com

Completely natural not to like to exercise!. You just have to make yourself do it!. Ask yourself, "Do I want to feel bad about myself and be fat forever, or do I want to get up and run a mile right now and become healthier!." It can be tough, but if you really focus, you can do it!. Ask your parents to cook some healthier meals or to exercise with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You body is not used to you eating good food!. That's homeostasis!. You just need to adapt!. Get some good food at a meal (like lettuce) and eat it along with good food that you do like (fruit, chicken etc)!. You don't have to experience the taste of the lettuce for long as you can put the food you like in with it!. Gradually increase the amount of lettuce you eat compared to the other food over the coming days!. You will slowly begin to like it!.

Some people are different than others!. They grow faster, they gain weight slower!. You may have muscle, and having a little extra fat on you will be good! Just exercise and be happy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
