i'm in the same boat, and unless you do it unhealthy, you can't lose 20 pounds in 2 months!.
just start eating healthy!.

Well, you can eat chips in chocolate, just not as much as you'd like to!. Enjoy it in moderation!. Eat healthy, but allow yourself to splurge a tiny bit everyday, or once a week on a big event or special occasion!.
