How can i stop the constant eating after breakfast?!


Question: How can i stop the constant eating after breakfast?
Almost every day about 30 min. to an hour after eating breakfast i eat and keep eating. Once its around 11-12 o clock i eat more sensibly and stop the constant snacking.
How can i stop doing this?! I just like the feeling of being full, so to stop this should i wait longer to eat breakfast? i usually wake up at 6-7 am and eat breakfast around 8, so should i wait till 9-10? or should i eat until im hungry and then just drink lots and lots of water until my next meal to get that full feeling so i dont have to eat?
please any suggestions would be appreciated, i just dont want to gain weight but i cant stop the constant snacking and over eating thing.

Answers:

drinking water will fill you up some so you wont eat as much between meals, consent snacking is okay as long as it isn't like fast food, high fat foods. eating a granola bar or some fruit will fill you up and that way you arent over eating.

P.s also try working out every other day it's not going to help you eat less but it'll get you feeling really good.
