Question: What do you think is it enough...?
I'm a 15 year old girl trying to lose some weight I eat healthy and exercise. Right now I used the stepper (air climber) for around 24 minutes with the video workout, I took 1,314 steps and burnt 196 calories. Is it enough? if I do this everyday will I lose like 10 pounds by June?
and also how much sit ups should I do every night? I so far did 150 how much more should I do?

sit ups will not make you skinnier only build muscle under the fat which will make your stomach look bigger. you need to mix the cardio with the sit-ups and your body will be triggered to burn your stomach fat. yes that is plenty of excersize a day. eating right is 10 times more important.
