Advice on getting more fit along with running?!


Question: Advice on getting more fit along with running?
I have been running two miles every other day for a couple of weeks now, I also eat a good amount of protein and carbs after I run. I eat at least a cup of berries and other fruits and veggies and I try to drink enough water everyday.

Are there any great exercises you would suggest for fat burning,running or simple weight lifting? If you have any other eating tips too that would be greatly appreciated! I am mostly trying to be a toned and overall fit person if that helps. :) (who isn't?!)

There are many great examples of exercises that you can find on youtube (ex charliejames1975). Free weights are helpful too! Keep it up you're on a good start but results do take time :)
