Question: Eating Very Few CARBS for a month?
I want to lose 14 pounds really fast! Because right now my friend and u were talking about weight.
She weighs 114 and is 5'4, where as I am 120 and I an 5'7, we bot said we wanted to get down to 110 pounds. She is naturally skinny as am I, but I really hate my hips, preferably the bones. I am really small with my legs and everywhere else but my hip bones. I don't really have much fat there but the fat I do have I want to get rid of.
We came up with the number of being 110 Justin Bieber is 110 and we wanna be that.
So if I ate very few CARBS, so fruits and veggies only and maybe some rice once a week and loads if water, will I reach my goal in a month?

Probably but the moment you stop the diet you will start gaining it back. Going low carb puts your body in ketosis. However I strongly advise you not to do this since you are so young.
thats dangerous, carbs are a great source of energy you need... goto beachbody.com and order an exercise tape from there...they work! even pink uses the p90x from there..im getting hip hop abs, i used to use slim in 6
exercise does the trick goood, firms your body nicely in a month...do it 4-5 a week
