Don't sit down.
Walk up and down the stairs.
Make a DIY step (a board propped up by some heavy books) and do steps in front of the TV.
Walk around your living room with a book or put a film on the TV
Do you have a staircase in your home? Is a gym right there. Run up it much as possible. Lean on it for push ups, face down or up. Use your imagination... ;)
You can use fitness dvd and do some housework.
Do jumping jacks and crunches - takes like 5-15 mins
