When will I start seeing results from my diet/exercise?!


Question: When will I start seeing results from my diet/exercise?
Since I'm 15, 5"2, and 115 pounds It might take longer for me but I was just wondering if I eat healthy like grains, vegetables, yogurt, oatmeal, and fish all the time and exercise for like an hour a day everyday, when will i start seeing results? Like a month? Two months? Etc? Thanks. And any advice?

Results may be seen within a week!
If you want better result you may have your dinner as early as you could - in order to prolong the time when your body get rest from food stuff.
I agree with your food choices they are fine.

you'll probably notice that your body is a little bit tighter and lose a few pounds(1-5) easily within the first week
after that its challenging but if you follow your diet, you'll really notice results after a month

even the most dedicated bodybuilder if being strict on their diet can take up to 5 weeks before they start seeing results...and then it often comes off at an accelerated speed. This Lag time can be discouraging if not expected.

Depends what exercise you do... but if you do intesne workouts and a good diet (6 small meals a day) results will be seen in 1 month ...... Whats your goal... toned body? ..Ull need more protein in your diet ... chicken and beans are good



weekly. it wont be noticable if you lost 2 pounds or so though, but thats 1 week down
