Truthfully you may not lose any weight and still lose inches. I know this for a fact when I was attempting to lose weight for my wedding last April. I exercised and and ate healthier for months beforehand, but I didn't really lose any weight, maybe a few lbs but I did lose several inches and went down 2 dress sizes. In fact losing inches is normally a better judge, that diet and exercise are working, than losing weight because muscle weighs as much as fat does.
And also judging from your pictures you don't really appear to need to lose weight, I think really you just need to tone your muscles to improve any problem areas. What I did was cardio for 30 min 4 times a week, alternating days, interspersed with weight training. The key is not to overdue it, and don't starve yourself. Becoming active is the first step.
Hey I understand the problems you've gone through trying to lose weight,my friend was in the same situation as you,nothing worked for him until he came across the diet solution.He's been having great success with it.Maybe this is something that will help and be the right thing for you too.
