GET SKINNY IN A WEEK?!?!?!?!

Question: GET SKINNY IN A WEEK?!?!?!?
Alright so i'm 13, weigh approx 127 pounds and I'm 5'2". I'm on winter break starting today and I REALLY want to lose some weight before I go back next Monday because I just got a boyfriend last night and I won't be able to see him all break so it would be really nice to come back from break and be able for him to see me skinny. I know it sounds dumb like, don't change for a boy!" but I've been trying since the new year to set this goal for myself and I think it'll boost my confidence because a lot of my clothes are starting to not fit anymore. I heard of this trick where you drink half your body weight in water and do 300 crunches whithin a half hour... Does that work?? PLEASE IM DESPERATE I NEED RESULTS FOR MY STOMACH AND THIGHS!!! I've cried myself to sleep for 3 days in a row cuz I have stretch marks on the inside of my thighs. PLEASE HELP!!! god bless...

Answers:

well if you drink 10 glasses of ice water a day you burn 300 cal. (this is true) crunches work and squats. but dont think its going to only take a week to get skinny.

ahahhahahahhahaahahha

You will NOT get skinny in a week. Not even 2 weeks. You may lose a pound at the MOST, so don't even try to loose weight with the water and crunches thing.

I see you are desperate, so I would recommend getting one of those undergarments that go under your clothes and stretch almost your whole body, and make you look like 10 pounds thinner. I've seen the commercials for them, but I don't know what they're called.

omgggggg!!! you don't need to lose weight!!!! you are thin enought. now if you just wanna loose some inches (which i honestly think you don't need either) is just some workouts. i cant give you any advice on what you should do. but you should love your body. obviously your bf doesn't mind your current weight. why worry about it

First of all you're 13 and still growing so this should NOT be a concern, unless you were 227 or something. But you're 127.

Second, 127 medically speaking is within a healthy range for 5'2."

Third... don't worry about it. Many women would kill to be 127 these days.

Any BMI chart.

you want to lose weight cause you have stretch marks?! WTF..
im skinny and i have stretch marks.. sort it out with some cocoa butter..
NOT by making yourself thin, the stretch marks are still going to stay :S
and anyway curves are WAY better.. thats if you are curvy.

do a water fast. all you have is water, no food. you can lose up to 10 pounds in a week, and it also helps clear your skin. good luck!

It will take longer than a week. The water and crunches thing is a myth. Sorry there's no way to get "skinny" in 1 week.

Well, i hope you will not get skinny in a week, not because i am evil, but because it's not healthy at all, i am telling you so because i have done it a long time ago, i lost 15 pounds in 8 days, but i assure you that it does not worth it... I would not do it again for any girl in the world because the consequences are extremely bad, you will change your metabolism, appetite and you will shock your body with loosing that much weight for a short period of time, headaches are not excluded...
BUT, if you loose 5 pounds it will be a different story, you will look better and feel better, and you can achieve this much easily and with no consequences at all... You need to exercise for 30 minutes every day and be on a easy diet for 7 days...
So think about it

There is no possible way to lose a lot of weight in 1 week, without physically injuring yourself.
All you can do, is eat the right foods, drink a lot of water, and exercise every other day.
Crash diets destroy your muscle, and drain you.
It's not about fat, it's about sugar.
So, when you eat too much sugar, it gets stored as fat when you don't exercise it off.
And sugar is in a lot of things.
So try to lessen the amount of sugar you consume, and do the things mentioned aforehand.
You'll get there, with time and persistence. =]
