What is a healthy diet for me?!

Question: What is a healthy diet for me?
I am 23 years old, female and I am 5'6 and 175 pounds. I want to get down to 145-150 pounds. I am hypoglycemic, I have iron and B12 deficiency. I plan on working out 6 times a week. I'm not sure what foods to eat and what foods not to eat. I want to do this in a very healthy way. I want to be healthy and I'm tired of being a part of our American overweight epidemic. So my question(s) are:
1) What foods should I eat so that I can lose weight AND help my other issues?
2) What foods should I stay away from that can hinder my weight loss and may possibly make my other issues worse?
Thank you for all answers. Serious answers only though please.

Focus on increasing your portions of fruits and vegetables.

Here is a list of fruits and vegetables high in iron:

As for vitamin B12, eat shell fish, which are low in calories but high in iron and vitamin b12. You can also try unsweetened soy milk that is fortified with vitamin b12. Make sure it has no sugar in it to meet your weight loss goals.

Otherwise, find a form of exercise you like and stick to it. You have set goals, so that is good. Also be sure that you build muscle on your workouts to boos your metabolism. Do not get discouraged if your weight does not change for a while, because as you build muscle your weight might increase or stay the same. The important thing is that you burn fat and slim down.

Good luck.

the problem isn't you eat to much the problem is when....this is what I do
breakfast: eat like a king
lunch: eat normal
dinner: eat like a peasant

why do you say? because dinner is the last meal and most americans eat dinner and go to eat...and ur body can't digest it and it causes fat

and then excersize since eating only takes you so far run cardio
