HOW TO TONE MY STOMACHE/LEGS/ARMS?!


Question: HOW TO TONE MY STOMACHE/LEGS/ARMS?
Hey I'm 13, and I have SOME body fat,. People say I'm "skinny" but that's cause I have NO muscle and it's all "fat flab" and it's so gross... I'm 5"7 and 114lbs i've been doing pilates excersizes for a few days so I've been gaining weight... Aka getting muscle? Hopefully? Haha.

But I want to start running, but I'm scared of two things... Maybe three...
1) running "shrinks" breast size. And I know small boobs r better than big ones but I really can't afford to lose any right now. Is it possible to "gain" breast MUSCLE.? so my breasts will be bigger?
2) my principle says he runs 2 miles everyyyy morning.. His stomache is really fat and round. What if running doesn't work for me?

I'm currently doing some pilates excersizes and Lunges and squats. I'm not sure if it's working but my legs/stomache R SO SORE!!

Any other activites that will help me get a TONED stomache, legs, and arms?? Thanks!

Answers:

You lose body fat from cardio.... You breasts will only get smaller if they already had fat cells int hem which you would burn if you had enough. So no, you really wouldn't be risking anything. As for "toning" don't use that word. Either you lose fat and gain SOME not much muscle or you lose fat.
