I feel like I Eat a lot...am I?!


Question: I feel like I Eat a lot...am I?
Exercised 30 mins....had a few whole wheat biscuits with tea....for a snack I had a cup of grapes and cup of oatmeal.....for lunch I had 4 sundried tomato crackers with 1 spoon of hummus and for a snack few handful of raisins and grapes and dinner might be wholewheat pita with fat free American cheese with tea and snack will be fatfree yogurt and few more crackers ...then will exercise a bit before bedtime and walk for 30 mins I'm 16 yes 5"4 and 105 pounds...did I eat alot?e

your supposed to eat alot, your growing you need it, enjoy it, when your 30 you can kiss goodbye eating so much



No, you're at a perfect weight. Thats really not alot. you do eat often, but you don't eat great portions, and they're healthy portions. I would actually try to gain a little weight haha (:



you actually need fat in your diet and you need protein. Eat regular cheese and throw some grilled chicken in there somewhere.



You're obviously not fat or overweight, so it doesn't matter how much you eat.



You can't be serous. Your lunch was four crackers and a spoonful of hummus and you think you ate "alot"?
