Question: I ate approx. 2000 calories today?
I'm a 16 year old female - I'm 5'4 and 52 kg (115 lbs). So I'm quite thin in general, but I do have areas of fat which I want to shed. I usually don't eat a hell of a lot during the day - I would say 1200 -1400 calories is average (I live in Europe).
Except today I "binged" and I had things like rice, noodles, french fries, chocolate milk, a croissant and juice. It equaled to being approximately 2000 calories or a little less. I feel disgusting right now (I have a food-baby lol.)
Seeing as I never exercise (seriously, NEVER), how badly will this effect me? I don't like exercising, and I was just planning on losing the weight by eating healthily - today was just not that day for me. Help?

it's about the right amount for a normal person. But you normally starve yourself so you don't know.
