Question: What is a good diet to follow?
Want a nice summer body :)
Currently 130lb and 5'6"

Answers:

If you want to lose weight drink water with every meal eat smaller portions. Also do not drink soda or fast foods. Eat six times a day snacking in between for instance: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack before it gets late. For instance yogurt which helps speed up metabolism or a banana, or nuts or a apple. Also do not eat late at night if you are hungry drink water. Put cayenne pepper on your food or cinnamon which also speeds metabolism or hot sauce or salsa. Substitue unhealthy things for healthier choices. For instance you want kfc chicken instead of getting fried chicken eat grilled chicken. Also tuna is good for you or salmon grilled.



Breakfast- special k, porridge, weetabix, bran flakes (either of them) fruit of course! lunch- salad, soup, cereal, sandwich whole wheat bread! Dinner- chicken breast new potatoes piles with veg! do this for as long as possible it can get boring but it works! Also excerise weights, swimming, walking, hoola hoopings good!

I weighed 10stone and i now weigh 8.7



You don't need to diet, you're perfect the way you are :)
