Does the Ab Circle Pro Really Work?!

Question: Does the Ab Circle Pro Really Work?
Answers:

I do not think so as most gym machines are of the type, 'if you stop using me you will be fatter than what you were before when you joined me.' This is always the case. You join the gym machines to lose weight, yes you will lose more than you wished but after a while when you stop using the machines you tend to gain weight tremendously. Thus, you tend to become dependent on the machine for your weight loss. Also, there will also be side effects and injuries in the process of this kind of working out. After you workout in the gym you feel very famished and starved with your energy levels drained out whereas if you take up lighter workouts like yoga or pilates you feel refreshed and rejuvinated to face your day in a calm and serene manner. On the contarary, adopting a workout that is kind of aggresive will have a kindred affect on its user too. I suppose that you got these new fangled ideas of trimming up your abs from an advertisement. Sorry to let your spirits down as today's products are hyped and exaggerated ten times their size for a better sale. My advise to you is not get ensnared in these advertisements as they are nothing but bunkum.A good balanced diet with roughage, fibre and seven to eight glasses of water and a workout in the
midst of nature atleast for an hour everyday suffices your cravings of six packs.

I got information from various fitness magzines and newspapers and also from my personal experience.

No , those are machines that consumers got ripped off for. Is like a fuel consumption saving machines for your car which does nothing but makes you think that you can drive the extra mileage. I suggest going on a basic diet plan but I don't fully recommend as I will explain at the last few sentence. Healthy Body , Healthy Mind .When you hear this , you will obviously think Lettuce and Water. No, It means a balance diet. It means eating healthy , get a salad , don't take the dressing. It is fine if you add in some chicken breast. If you really are craving for some sweet delights , take a slice of cake. Do not cheat on yourself of one slice. you will be thinking that one slice is like 1/4 of the cake. No , One decent slice which is 275 calories. In between breakfast, lunch, dinner, take a protein shake or protein bar. This is optional as this helps you to not go hungry if you are a person who overeats or sometimes very hungry. Don't be afraid of the gym. No pain , no game. Lift some weights. Keep your heartbeat pumping and drink more water. Water helps you lose weight. Always in the mind , WATER WATER WATER. Is our mainly source to survive. Dinner , chew slower and chew smaller bites. It take times to do all this. Make it a lifestyle. I know some people will be thinking. I'll do it for 1 day and I'll be as healthy as a horse. I rather you trying for yourself with foods because different people have different hormones and genes which makes diet plan unsuccessful most of the time.

Experience

Yes, the reviews are very positive on the Ab Circle. The machine solves the problem of using the abs correctly by getting you up off the floor and into a supported position, kneeling on all fours.

its ALL about what you put into your mouth as a low carb, HIGH protein diet would make your body burn fat while just sitting at your computer, buying this machine or ANY other weight loss gimmick is just a waste of cash...
