Well it depends on what kind of work out you do if its dance or zumba etc. then yes it will But i would try instead of 10 do 20. But like i said it depends on what you do for work outs :) -miku
Depends on your diet, that's really the first step to any weight loss plan. High cardio workouts, or pilates can make a difference in just 10 minutes a day, but as you get more comfortable doing those workouts you will have to increase your time to continue weight loss.
