Is my work out plan any good?!

Question: Is my work out plan any good?
I want to gain some weight but also keep my body toned looking.

I do this work out three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

Dumb bell Curls : 10 sets of 10 (30 second break between sets) - extra set at the end until fail.

2 minute break

Dumb bell Front Raises: 5 sets of 10 (30 second break between sets) - extra set at the end until fail.

2 minute break

Press Ups: 5 sets of 20 (30 second break in between each set) - extra set at the end until fail.

2 minute break

Tricep dips: 5 sets of 10 (30 second break in between each set)

I also do circuit training at the local boxing club every Thursday, the odd Tuesday, which lasts an hour. Works my core a lot as well as my arms and shoulders.

Additionally I have football (soccer) training every Wednesday for an hour and every Friday for an hour, then a game every weekend which lasts an hour and a half. I'll play football most weeks more than this when I get asked to, unexpectedly that is

I don't go to the gym or anything this is a home work out by myself, I don't take no protein or creatine or anything like that. I'm looking to gain some weight, maybe about a stone or more if I could, I'm kinda underweight, I'm 5"10 and weigh 9 and a half stone.

Anyone have any tips for me.

hell yeah dude! that's a good work out plan. if you want to condition your self to your peek, specifically for boxing, then add these. push ups, PUSH UPS PUSH UPS PUSH UPS! imagine when you throw a punch, it's as if your pushing something away from you, push ups condition the form of your upper body in boxing. sadly, too many push ups can make you too big and slow you down, when this happen get 2 10 pound dumb bells and shadow box, this will speed up your hand movements, BUT, and this is important, be sure that your form in normal shadow boxing is on point, otherwise you'll train yourself to punch weird.

that's for upper body, but in boxing it's important to have good flow with your legs, so, jump rope and jump rope alot. and practice moving around in your boxing form jumping back and forth and side to side. this will also help you in any other sport.

next is mid section. if you train your mid section to be strong body shots won't phase you. also it will make you faster in punching, you see, when you punch with your left and then too your right, you use the power mainly from your arms, shoulder, and mid section. so a strong mid section will make you punch faster and harder. this will also be helpfull in any other sport.

so sit ups, push ups, jump rope, and shadow boxing. be warned, sit ups ,over time, damage your back.

(bruce lee said the key to a good fighter is to be as fluent as water)

also if your trying to get bigger, drink muscle milk befor a work out. have a happy work out!

simply put, i like to box.

You are working out too much and you are eating too little.

In order to be tone, you need some fat and protein to let you look tone. Without them, there is no way to gain weight and tone. You can gain natural protein from chicken breast meat or vegan use tofu or bean curb.

Stronger and beautiful tone only come by from hard work. Broad Chin Up is anyway to train the arm and shoulder at the same time the abs.

Eat really good. Drink lots of water. And take breaks that last 2 days. So work out only on weekdays.
