If you could get all of your sugar from fruit everyday that would be great.
We should really only consume around 50 grams of sugar per day.
A bit more is fine if from fresh fruit.
Watch out for fruit juice.
An 8 ounce glass of orange juice has 32 grams of sugar in it.
About the sane per ounce ratio as soda!
Some people say natural sugar doesn't count but our bodies really can't disguise the difference.
