Question: Help for an overweight 14 y/o?
Is eating 1400 calories, and burning 200-300 a day, healthy? and Will it make me lose weight?
I try to do 30-35% protein, 25% fat, and 40-45% carbs a day.
Im eating all whole grain, skim milk, fruit, lean meat, lots of eggs, some tuna, fruit&milk smoothies, and veggies galore :)

Yeah 200-300 a day is a healthy amount. Try fit in some exercise it makes it alot easier. The foods look good so good luck :)
It's a perfect diet, enough vitamins, healthy food and exercise. Your weight is fine for your height. :)
