Question: ABS? :) for a teen girl in 2 weeks?
anyways, i have abs right now, and you can see them a little, like the shape around it and a bit of a line in the middle, but i want them to be perfect.
i had them perfect in the summer, but lost them because i didnt workout.
im a dancer so i work my abs alot, but i do workout at home now. ANYWAYS MY QUESTION IS : could i get the abs i want in 2 weeks?
my plan is to workout for an hour a day, doing crunchs, the bicycle, plank, leg lifts.
i do eat heathy, so that helps. but is there any other workouts or tips i could do?

Well if you already have them and you just want to get them toned then yea in 2 weeks you might notice a little diffrence but not like a "woah!" diffrence , any tips,,, well no in my opinion ur doing everything right
Well, 2 weeks may be pushing it a bit but if everything else is right you should not be to far away. Instead of working them for an hour, just work them for 15- 20 minutes and really push them. I find this a great workout you can check out, all the best

two weeks would definantly help some but you wouldnt be able to get them perfect in that short a time
