Honestly there are so many choices there is not enough space to answer. Remember this rule.. If it comes straight from the earth, it's okay to eat it- potatoes, legumes, nuts, fruits and veggies. Add to that lean meats/fish, dairy (if you can stomach that), and whole grains. You can also use the rainbow theory- a nutritional diet is a colorful diet. There are healthy foods that every color represents, be sure daily that you eat from every color of the rainbow. Lastly don't forget to drink a lot of water!
Salads, fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken(No Skin), turkey. Eat a big breakfast. Eliminate all sweets and high calorie foods. Also go to the gym as much as you can and take jogs in the mornings and do the treadmill as much as possible.
