Question: Which 'turbo' fitness program is best for me; turbo kick, jam, or fire?
ok so im almost 15, and i really want to lose weight and fat. i eat pretty healthy and i do biggest loser cardio max, but i havent seen much results.
i'm looking to lose fat from my hips and thighs, as well as my waist and lovehandles. i've seen chalene johnson's products and they all look pretty good.
i'm kind of intermediate with exercising .
which of these programs do you recomend?

turbokick is the actual class at the gym
Turbo jam would be the easier program to begin with. Turbo fire is more fast paced with longer periods of cardio
Take a look at "the gabriel method"(do a web search) it will help you understand many things about loosing and gaining fat
