depends entirely on how hard you train, also doing that is really a bad idea- once every 2 days is fine as it is enough time for your muscles top recover and its that recovery that causes the increase in muscle. Also don't eat all day, if you really want to, split 3 meals a day into 4-5 and make them high in protein. Why can't you squat?? all you need is a heavy dumbbell and place it just in front of you, then squat, pick it up and move it to the side of your body, then put it back down. To be honest ive been doing this routine http://www.menshealth.co.uk/building-mus… at home along with going ot the gym and training hard there as well- has been going really well.
Also doing massive weights like what someone on here said is a load of crap, doing large weights can help but if you want to bulk up quickly then light weights and lots of reps.

I am 18 years old and i started to really workout when i turned 16 but i use to do alot of running and not much weightlifting but you could tell i worked out but i recommend you to start Running and weight lifting.I did to much running and i was only 3 percent fat i did that for boxing but i wanted to get huge so i stoped the running and i started intense weight lifting now that i am 18 and it has gone great here is a video of me

SO what i recommend you to do is start of with some running so you dont loss your breath do this for about 2 weeks and then start weight lifting and something you should know it takes time to get big its not gonna happen in one week but what you should do is take a video or picture of yourself now and then do it again every month so you can see the difference

You can certainly pump up your muscles and won't take a week to do that. A nice 20 minutes workout with weights will do that. But you will not build an appreciable amount of muscle in a week.
none unless you use steroids, if you wanna build muscle youve got to use heavy weights and only work out a muscle group once a week.
