Question: Help with ordering a healthier meal?
I don't want to ruin my diet or consume too many calories (150-300 per meal is my limit) so which foods would you recommend?
I'm thinking a Caeser salad without dressing, or a piece of grilled fish.

Just get a grilled chicken Caesar salad but ask for the Caesar on the side, so you can control how much dressing goes on it.
your food choices seem to be right on track for a low calorie healthy diet. that is great that you are passing up the dressing because it can add extra unwanted calories to your meal. vinegar on salad is an option if you like the taste of it.
