Then a good workout plan is
Run for 30 minutes
Take a slow 10 minute walk
Jumping Jacks 15 minutes
Chest and Back Exersizes 50 minutes
Good substitute? There is none!
Here's something I did. I bought a small, small bag of candy and that was all the candy I could have for the week. Since I live with my parents, my mom helps me keep that under control.
The best diet/exercise is simply eat a little less of what you would normally eat. For example, if you eat two sandwiches at lunch, try eating just one or just one spoonful of meat instead of two.
For exercise, I just take a nice walk around my block or the park. Since I have a dog, I take him and I also listen to my iPod while we walk. Sometimes I talk to somebody on my phone.
you CAN live without it, you just don't want it bad enough
