I ran about 2 miles daily for 6-7 days a week. Played ckub soccer and did the 8 minute videos about 5 times a week. Also i ate what i wanted but in moderate amounts. Instead if eating 3 meals a day i ate every 3 -5 hours small snacks or meals.
IBut im a teen so i dont know if this will work for you. I went from a size 9 to 5 and lost 25 lbs.
