Only eat in the kitchen. Stop eating when your full. Slow down when eating. Eat half of what you usually eat. Exercise 4 times a week. Drink water instead of pop or juice. Use less salt and sugar in cooking. Sweets are a no. Get weight watchers snacks.
i diet. if i ever want to get lean without losing muscle. i stick to a diet of nothing but chicken and turkey. i also eat some vegetables to go with it. once i have got lean, i switch back to a more normal diet and keep the fat off.
I stop snacking. I cut out squash, fruit juice, fizzy drinks and drinks with caffeine.
I exercise daily (mainly muscular during the week but at the weekend I only do cardio).
I reduce my carbs intake.
I eat less and slower at meal times.
I drink more (water).
