I've found this to be a very difficult.
But you just exercises daily, eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. You can even search online a few diets for your age. You cannot give up and you cannot have ''cheat days''. And also, drinking ice cold water helps reduce fat. But don't just rely on that.
Exercises include: Walking, Jogging, Running, Playing sports, Gymnastics, Doing squats (That helps your thighs), Bike-riding, Exercise videos (Leslie Sanson's videos are the best).
You should focus on doing different things each day. And do activities that are fun for you, So you can put more effort into it.
