Question: How can I get a 4 pack by spring break?
So, I am going on a spring break trip in 3 weeks to Tampa Bay! I really want a 4-pack by then. I have somewhat of a 4-pack now. Like, when I flex you can really see it, But I want it like always noticeable by then. I am a cheerleader, so every Wednesday and Saturday at tumbling, I get really good ab work outs! But, what are some things i could do each night? can you give procedures, on what to do each night, or morning? or if its even possible? thanks! (:
