Exercise and eat healthy. Eliminate sugars and high calorie foods. Eat a healthy salad with no dressings. Take the skin out of the chicken or turkey. The most important thing is to exercise and get plenty of sleep to recuperate. Hala Madrid!

throw away all bad food if u live with someone it maybe hard to throw away there food also start cooking with whole wheat and all Natural things i was very skeptical of this also i thought it would be gross but acutely its really good also drink lots of water also get a good amount of sleep and try takeing stiars not elavators or if u have your own room turn on a space heater or anyheater so your room will be hotter do u sweat more but if u do this u have to drink lots of water
Best foods to eat are green vegtables and fruit. Fish and grilled chicken are also good for you and high in protein. And to how long you should diet, everyone is different when it comes to losing weight
