well that is hard to answer I am short to 5'1 I don't look it but have a belly mainly after my girls I couldn't lose it and was about 168. I started to change my diet around ate under 2000 calories most days and drink one or two cups of coffee instead of pots. I also started drinking a lot of Sobe Life waters that where zero cals not bad to I also used my pro circle daily for about 15 mins a day I was down to 127 in a matter of two months.
