Sometimes actually working out and doing some running can help that. It'll build up muscle which may fill you out more. Anyways, if you want to be bigger, you're going to want to fill up with more muscle, not fat. Like I'm averaged sized, mostly composed of muscle. If you took away the muscle, I would be tiny.
use your high metabolism to your advantage and eat a mess of foods with high concentrations of protein weight lift and concentrate on your on your arms and your legs with calf raises and squats curls tricep workouts and shoulder lifts no worries bud do that and you'll get your look my buddy jon was like that in high school he looked like a runner that was sent to a concentration camp but he is huge now hes got canons for arms

id give it a couple years ur only almost 14. When I was in 7th grade i was 4'10 and pretty skinny. Now I'm a senior in HS and i'm 5'11 175 so id give it a couple yrs till ur at least 16. Working out wont hurt either

chill.. u are still growing and developing your body.. u will get bigger naturally..
eat more protien foods... to build more muscle tissue.
and try lifting weights 4-5 days a week for 40-60 mins a session..
