Ok the simple answer...
Yoga Breathing is deep abdominal breathing. Breathing deep into the belly by drawing the diaphragm down into the abdomen. Each breath should be roughly 10-16 seconds. 5-8 counts for the inhale, 5-6 for the exhale. Just be sure to keep the inhale and exhale even.
