Question: What should i eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
also i am 5'3 1/2, my metabolism is reeallyy slow and i weigh 104 lbs.
Answers:
try and stay away from too much fatty foods and junk food carbs. try and eat complex carbs such as veggies and lots of fruits. both have little calories, fill you up, and process will.
breakfast: 1 egg or cereal (not to sugary maybe like cheerios or special K) for breakfast you need protein and both of these are good sources of that
lunch: sandwiches are always good
snack: fruit or granola bar
dinner: lots of choices (you want to keep dinner light cause your not burring as much off as you do throughout the day) salad with chicken, rice as a side dish. you can have almost a normal dinner but keep it healthy of course and light. you dont want to go to bed stuffed
drinks: WATTER WATTER is the best thing for you!!!!!!!

First of all, don't obsess over your weight, or focus on it too much. It sounds like you have a perfectly normal weight! Don't be too self concious, and only lose weight if you really need it. If you exercise 30 minutes to an hour a day, you will be in good shape, no matter how you look like, or no matter what your weight is. Try going to the local gym to work out, take a jog/run/walk around your neighborhood with a friend. Listening to music while exercising will motivate you to exercise longer, and more. Also, do the basic indoor exercises, such as jumping jacks, situps, and pushups. Each day, increase the amount you do. Set goals! Healthy eating is all about portion size. Also, try to stock up on fruits, veggies, whole grains, and dairy prodcuts. Make sure to get lots of protein by eating fish and chicken. When you go to the grocery store, don't be tempted to buy junks. There are lots of other healthy alternatives to your usual junky foods! Go for baked chips instead of regular ones. If you're craving something sweet and salty, make a trail mix with your favorite nuts and dried fruits. Popcorn is also a great snack.

what are you talking about? please save your life and dont lose any weight, you are underweight and YOU are a MEDICAL CONDITION. you have an illness that makes you feel fat when you are not and this illness leads to DEATH because you starve your body and your heart muscle gets weaker till it stops working. for god's sake go to a doctor and tell him you think you are fat YOU NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry i said the truth in your face like that but i want to save your life thats all .. so please listen to me. please!
