Question: Have I been healthy today?
I am a 13 year old male 5'10 wide shoulders and 165 lbs. I jumped rope for 30 mins in the morning for breakfast I had all bran with banana and milk. At lunch I had a v8 (lowered sodium) and a spinach salad, I also had a tangerine. for dinner I had fried egg whites and toast with a chicken breast, in the morning I walked 1 mile to school and 1 mile back. At 8:30 I swam 26 laps of a pool going at a medium pace. I am not trying to lose weight but I am trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle

Na, you seam fine to me, If you suddenly start loosing weight, eat a little more.
