How do I know when I am thin enough to work on my abs?!
Question: How do I know when I am thin enough to work on my abs?
I am 16 years old, I went to the gym for a long time and I've lost a lot of weight. I am not 6 feet tall and weight approx 170 pounds. From the side and front I am very thin, my parents worry too thin, don't mind them.
I am not sure if its either fat on my stomach or skin. it's barely pinchable from the front, from the side a bit more. but when I work my stomach and flex, my abdominal are fairly hard. I am not sure if its fat or skin. Am i ready to work on my abs or should iI do more cardio

For appearance you should work on your abs no matter what. Think about it this way: (Way A) You do enough cardio to lose a lot of fat but you don't have "bricks" because your ab muscles need to be built up. (Way B) You build up your ab muscles but no one can see them because your fat is blocking them.
No matter what you need to build your abs and lose your belly fat. You might as well do both at the same time.
