Question: Was forced to eat a ton - how bad was it?
Piece of banaba bread (1 square)
Tiny salad with French dressing (just lettuce)
Chicken stir fry - I ate 4 pieces of chicken, vegetables, and none of the rice
Chocolate cake - I only had the frosting
How bad was this? 2000cals?
Answers:
first of all i don't think they should have forced you to eat something you probably didn't want to. that is very rude. and no its not bad but if it makes you feel better you can always go to the gym.
I am estimating, but I would say that it probably is about 600 cals for all of that. 600 +360 = 960 which is DEFINITELY not enough for an entire day.
After seeing your other post about your parents making you see a therapist and having tests run after you weighed in as underweight at the doctor, I would reccomend re-evaluating your eating habits, it sounds to me like you may have some odd habits, especially because 360 Cals for the entire day before dinner is not enough at all. You should be taking in anywhere from 1,600 - 2,400 per day.
Be healthy, be safe! :]
No big deal, that's not a lot, and that one meal won't have any impact on your weight, I assure you. If you really want to stay thin, exercise instead, then you can enjoy food, and not worry about gaining weight, and at the same time, exercising with in time, change your brain chemistry for the better, making you less likely to have an eating disorder.
