Question:
I need to lose 30 pounds in about 5 weeks.. please help?!?
im a 12 and a half year old girl, im 5'3 1/2 and i weigh around 160-170. i need to lose about 30 pounds by april 7th because my cheer leading team is going to virginia beach and i would love to be able to wear a bathing suit and not look retarded! i know im a little chubby to be a cheerleader.. (please no rude comments, because i do have a disorder that makes almost everything i eat turn to fat) what exercises can i do to lose any weight? and please nothing that involves going to a gym or going outside, because i am too young for the gym here, and i live in michigan so its way too cold to go outside. and what should i eat? like not just one thing for a meal, but like maybe 5 different suggestions for each meal so i can have variety. and how many calories, fat, sugar etc should i eat to get down to about 130? oh and, please include something that i could have for a snack (some kind of sugar free cookies, yogurt, etc.) thanks! :)

Alot of young people have a problem with weight all you have to do is .. Do sit up's and push up's and stuff like that.. Instesd of wacthing tv && stuff like that.. ..
Drinking alot of water and eating 4 kinda fruit and vegetables every day ,also green tea is good
