Loosing your stomach fat is the hardest to do. Honestly its all about what you eat. Don't work out your stomach to much because muscle will just form under the fat. Try running or walking every day for a LEAST an hour. And eat healthy~
well r u a boy or a girl?? if your a boy then you r a perfect weight cuz my brother is stick thin and he weighs 142. but if ur a girl it all depends on your height. but if u do think u r on the thick side then workout al least an hour a day for 45 minutes and put a lot of fruits and vegetables and protein into your diet such as shrimp, tuna, skinless chicken, salmon, etc.
