Do Peanut Butter Granola Bars Make You Lose or Gain?!
Question: Do Peanut Butter Granola Bars Make You Lose or Gain?
Answers:
if you eat one chances are you wont gain weight but you wont lose it either. check the nutrition info on the back and look at the sugar content it shouldnt be high and the calories should be around 100 and soe calories if not fewer. peanut butter can have a lot of fat an calories in it so if your not working out id stay away from it a little but as long as it was just a semi healthy bar without an of that chocolate covering stuff you should be ok just limit yourself
The granola itself won't make you lose or gain weight. It all depends on the calories and fat content in the bars. Also it depends on what you eat the rest of the day. I love doritos, but know that if i eat a serving i have to watch what else I eat later. Just try to be careful about relying on specific foods that you THINK are healthy to make you lose weight. It is still your responsibility to look at the nutritional info.
it depends on what else you eat. id say its a good diet meal. but if u eat it after u have already eaten and are not hungry...the excess calories from it u dont need...will become fat. u can eat fast food and lose weight, just depends on how much of it you eat
gain. dunno about granola bars, but peanut butter sure has a lot of calories :PP
Look at the nutrition information on it. I've seen some that are 200 calories and some that are 100.
