How to ease into a running program?!
Question: How to ease into a running program?
So how can i prepare myself to do this running program without injury? Should i start at around 30 minutes and slowly increase...what if i want faster results? Thanks :)
And I currently eat around 1500-1700 calories a day...there's no way I can change that with my school lunch schedule at 10:13. So dieting won't be of much help.
No rude comments please :)

What results? Stronger, Skinnier? I think its skinnier since you said calories so check out this website. Heres a preview.
"Aerobic exercise, like walking, swimming or cycling, has the added bonus of speeding up your metabolism for 4 to 8 hours after you stop exercising. Additional calories will be burned off long after you stop exercising." "Exercise in the morning and you will reap the benefits of a faster metabolism throughout the day, or exercise in short 10 or 15-minute bursts every couple of hours to keep your metabolism pumping." "Breakfast is essential. Your body has been deprived of food throughout the night, therefore your metabolism has slowed." "Eat six small meals a day to keep your body's fuel supply consistent and keep your metabolism revved up. Avoid eating late at night because your metabolism naturally slows down in the afternoon and evening, so eat a hearty breakfast."
I think after you read this http://www.consumeraffairs.com/nutrition/metab_speed.html it will be easier.

Try this program. If you feel some weeks are too easy, you can skip ahead.
There's no injury risk if you're not doing anything out of the ordinary. You just got to ensure you're warming up and stretching properly, that's all.
Challenge yourself and step a little out of your comfort zone, but don't over do it.
Good luck. :)
