Pasta is always good. So is chili with rice (it gives you a complete protein, even if there's no meat in it). One of my favorites is stir-fried tofu with brown rice. If you saute the tofu separately in soy or teriyaki sauce, it picks up the flavor. Then add it to the veggies. Brown rice is better since it's a whole grain.
For something quick (like lunch), try a sandwich on whole grain bread with sliced avocado, hummus (chick peas), tomatoes, dark lettuce and your favorite cheese. Put whatever condiments you like on it, such as deli mustard.

You can buy them at GNC and stores like Costco. It's a powder that you mix with water or milk. You can buy it in different flavours too like chocolate and vanilla. It not only tastes super great, but it is extremely good for you. It contains lots of protein that helps build and repair muscles after a workout, so you'll become stronger! Trust me, I use it and I have seen great results with it!
Although, it's best to have this shake during and after your workout, just drink it in small sips. It gives you energy, boosts your metabolism and helps burn fat!
