I do a lot of work out and work hard to build a strong chest. I am okay with my lowest body and arms, just my core and upper body need some readjust. What I really need to do?

make sure you work the chest from different angles
include a
flat bench press
incline bench press
dumbell incline press
pec dec machine
decline bench press
4 sets per exercise 6-8 reps
and work the chest twice a week to get it going
if u have body fat to burn u need cardio 3 x a week for atleast 30 mins
