Only having 1000 cal isnt healthy!
You should be having more to lose weight at a good normal rate
You dont want to lose too fast, trust me.
If you do a good workout that makes you work
and you eat a good normal healthy meals
then you should lose a few pounds in the first week (water weight)
Then you should only be losing a pound a week.

Only put calories in your body that u plan on burning off you must count what you eat and what you work off extra calories equal fat
Only eating that little and doing that amount of exercise will cause ur body to go into shock and you will keep your weight
That's not enough food to be healthy. How old are you? you should eat 1800-2000 calories a day, but keep exercising!
