Question: How long would it take to lose 14 pounds eating fruit, veg, yogurt, non-creamy soup, muesli and boiled eggs?
I'm not that overweight but I have dumpy legs and a abnormally sized chest which means I look bigger in most things I wear. I am 18 and I will always want to know what it's like to be little and skimpy and it ain't gonna get easier with age. I would like to be able to look cute in short shorts and not have to wear big tops to accommodate my chest this summer! Thanks

with out exercise probably 3 months with exercise at best 1 month in a 1/2
I'm not sure about that diet but I'm about the same as you! I'm big chested with love handles a little big on my legs. One of my dad's friends lost 20 pounds in five weeks and he was eating healthy, running every day, and even working weights. So, probably about that long.
