Whatever you feel is the most comfortable to you.
At your height, you can be anywhere from 90 pounds - 130 pounds.
But since you are on the heavier side (no offense), I suggest going to 160 pounds and make that a goal. It's more reasonable. Once you hit 160 pounds, think about if you have enough will power to lose more.

To be safe, try losing about 50-65 pounds.
Try eating healthy, yoga, boxing, sit ups, jumping jacks, running.
