This will give energy and ease appetite.
When I drop the junk food and soda.

, You know as soon as I reached my 25th birthday, it seemed like someone flipped a switch, before then I could eat any food I wanted, and still keep my six pack abs, then all of a sudden I started to get that middle age spread.

You can lose weight if you did right method. I tried many method, but could not lose weight. I found the best method that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this diet method. I think that all of these things are very good. They all help lose fat, tone muscles, and strengthen muscles. But before you do a major running or cardio workout, make sure you stretch :)
ok technically you are underweight for your height, for someone who is 5'6" you really need to be 170, but again your age and gender may be a factor. But since you are female it may be different all together

Turbo Jam. It's what I did. I only had the 20 minute workout at first but it really worked so I got the rest. It's really fun and it works ( I lost 58lbs ) and if you start now you should be ready for that bathing suit well in time for summer.
