By really dedicating your mind and body to losing that weight. Doing intense training sessions of weightlifting and cardio, where your heart just drives through your chest at the end and then feeding your body with healthy light nutritious meals give you energy and recuperation. Its not usually possible to lose that much in a week, maybe three weeks if you work really hard. I suggest you google 'fat loss diet', and 'fat loss exercise', and just go from there..
