Serious medical question: can healthy foods counteract bad foods?!

Question: Serious medical question: can healthy foods counteract bad foods?
For instance, if I ate numerous fruits like pears and apples and bananas right before having McDonald's, would that make the McDonald's less unhealthy for my body?

Answers:

No. I'm afraid it doesn't work that way. Your body will not cancel out the bad stuff. Digestion is what it is.

doesn,t work that way. you have to eat healthy foods, and avoid the foods that are bad. sorry.

No bad foods are bad foods, mcDonald's is not healthy for you, if your on a diet i wouldnt suggest any fast food, fried foods ect.....
